This spectacular 4,500 sq ft Sentosa penthouse was designed for busy executive clients relocating to Singapore from Switzerland.

The clients contacted Havana Interiors several months before their move, requiring their new residence to be completely furnished and ready for their arrival. With the entire project undertaken remotely, every aspect of the furnishing and design process was managed on their behalf before they had even set foot in Singapore.

The penthouse enjoys exceptional ocean views, which became the natural focal point for the interior concept. Rather than competing with the surrounding landscape, we introduced a clean, sophisticated and neutral design palette that allowed the views and natural light to take centre stage.

Furniture was carefully selected for its simplicity, quality and timeless appeal. Soft neutral tones, natural textures and understated finishes created a calm and elegant environment, while considered layers of rugs, lighting, artwork and accessories brought warmth and personality to the expansive residence.

An important consideration throughout the project was the clients' international lifestyle. While Singapore was to become their home, they wanted the flexibility to eventually relocate selected furniture to their property in France. Each purchase was therefore considered not only in relation to the penthouse, but also for its longevity, versatility and ability to transition into a future home.

With demanding professional schedules and an international relocation to manage, the clients entrusted Havana Interiors to oversee the project remotely. From establishing the design direction and sourcing furniture through to coordinating orders, deliveries, installation and final styling, the objective was to make the process as seamless as possible.

By the time the clients arrived in Singapore, their new residence was fully furnished, styled and ready for them to move into.

The completed penthouse is a reflection of understated luxury - serene, timeless and intentionally restrained, allowing the spectacular Sentosa setting to remain the hero.
