Duchess Crest executive clients had lived in Singapore for many years and recently purchased this 3,500 square foot penthouse apartment. The project required three bathroom renovations and a kitchen renovation also along with this full updating of all the electrical plumbing throughout the house. The Master bathroom had no windows so we keep the design light and bright and added in frosted glass double doors to allow more light into the bathroom. The clients did not bring anything from the previous home except for their artwork. The brief for the home was to feel modern, clean but also reflect a busy family so comfort was definitely a priority. The clients were very sporty and loved wellness. We custom-built a stunning Finnish sauna in the old powder room in the home.
