Elegant Living, Designed for Everyday Life & Entertaining

These busy American - Singaporean executive clients approached Havana Interiors through the recommendation of a friend whose home we had designed five years earlier.

Having recently completed an extensive renovation of their 3,500 sq ft condominium, the clients were looking for assistance with the next important stage - furnishing and styling the residence in a way that felt completely cohesive with the newly renovated interiors.

The brief was to create a home that felt elegant and sophisticated, yet comfortable enough for everyday living. As professionals who also enjoyed entertaining clients, friends and family at home, the interiors needed to transition effortlessly between relaxed private living and more formal occasions.

With the renovation already complete, our approach was to work carefully with the existing architectural finishes rather than compete with them. Furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork and accessories were selected to complement the materials, proportions and design language already established throughout the residence.

Scale and balance were particularly important within the generous 3,500 sq ft footprint. Each piece was considered not only for its individual aesthetic, but for how it related to the surrounding architecture and the adjoining spaces, creating a sense of continuity throughout the home.

The overall design is refined, timeless and quietly luxurious. Sophisticated furniture selections are softened through comfortable upholstery, layered textiles and carefully considered accessories, ensuring the interiors remain inviting rather than overly formal.

The entertaining spaces were given particular consideration, creating an environment that could comfortably accommodate guests while still feeling relaxed and intimate when enjoyed by the clients themselves.

For our busy executive clients, the process also needed to be seamless. Havana Interiors managed the furnishing and styling of the residence, bringing together the many individual elements required to transform a newly renovated property into a complete and considered home.

The result is an elegant residence that feels beautifully connected to its renovation - sophisticated enough for entertaining, yet warm and comfortable enough to be enjoyed every day.

A refined Singapore home where elegant entertaining and effortless everyday living come together.
