This executive client contacted me again after moving from their small apartment into this larger 3,000 square foot space. Three years prior I had completed their previous home located just around the corner. The client reach out as the new space was a split level design and posed some design constraints as a result. The concept was to keep the home airy and clean, and to have furniture which can be suitable for their home in Australia if they were to relocate in coming years.
