A Beautifully Considered Family Home, Ready from Day One

Our Nassim Hill clients approached Havana Interiors through the recommendation of a previous client whose renovation and interior design project we had completed several years earlier.

The family was preparing to relocate back to Singapore after living in Australia during the Covid period and needed their new home to be completely furnished, organised and move-in ready from the moment they arrived in Singapore.

With busy executive careers and young children, the family required a home that was not only beautiful, but exceptionally comfortable, practical and easy to live in. Every element needed to be considered around the realities of day-to-day family life.

At approximately 4,000 sq ft, the sprawling condominium offered wonderfully generous proportions. Our design concept focused on creating a sense of calm and cohesion throughout the residence, balancing clean, sophisticated interiors with the warmth and comfort required of a busy family home.

Furniture layouts were carefully considered to maximise the functionality of each space, while storage and organisation played an important role in ensuring the home would work effortlessly for the family. Furniture, rugs, lighting and accessories were selected to create a refined and cohesive interior without compromising on comfort or practicality.

The aesthetic was intentionally clean, timeless and understated. A restrained palette and carefully layered textures created a serene foundation, with warmer elements introduced throughout to ensure the generous spaces remained welcoming and relaxed.

For the family, returning to Singapore involved countless logistical considerations. Our role was to remove the interiors from that list. Havana Interiors managed the design and furnishing process so that rather than arriving to an empty property and spending their first months sourcing and organising a home, the family could simply arrive and begin living in it.

The result is a beautifully resolved residence that feels calm, organised and sophisticated, while fundamentally designed around family life.

This project represents an important part of Havana Interiors' approach to executive relocation: understanding not only how a client wants their home to look, but how their family needs it to function - and taking care of the details required to have everything ready for their arrival.

A thoughtfully designed Singapore home, completely prepared for the family's return.
