The interiors combine a soft, neutral palette with natural textures, refined finishes and carefully selected furnishings to create a home that feels elegant yet effortlessly comfortable. Each space has been thoughtfully considered to complement the apartment’s generous proportions, natural light and waterfront setting.

Layered textiles, sculptural furniture and understated decorative pieces introduce warmth and character throughout the residence, while a restrained colour palette creates a sense of continuity from room to room. The result is an interior that feels polished without being overly formal — luxurious, welcoming and designed for everyday living.

Havana Interiors curated the furniture, lighting, artwork, rugs and accessories to create a cohesive home, balancing contemporary pieces with softer organic forms and tactile materials. Particular attention was given to scale, proportion and placement, allowing the interiors to enhance rather than compete with the surrounding views.
