This project was in a popular beach town suburb in Australia. The Australian expatriate clients living in Singapore had this as their holiday property in Australia. The project was done remotely and installation done with a visit to Australia. The brief was to make the 3,000 square foot property family friendly and comfortable for a young family to visit and stay at with friends and family when they visited at Christmas time and in the middle of the year. The brief was to make the home modern coastal with some Hamptons influences. The home had to be durable as because when they were not staying in it, it would be rented out through Airbnb.
